THE CHALLENGE
With a galaxy of 80+ digital services, the lack of access standardization posed a triple risk: increased vulnerability to fraud, a disjointed user experience, and an unsustainable Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) due to maintaining multiple isolated authentication silos. The challenge was to build a single infrastructure capable of supporting millions of simultaneous connections while simplifying the integration process for developers.
